He took us up Mulhacén in seriously challenging snow blizzard conditions and was calm, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout. As first-time crampon users, we really appreciated how patient and reassuring he was, taking the time to help us properly and making sure we felt safe and confident at every stage. He genuinely looked after us and his experience made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide — highly recommended.
